IMPORTANT – Online Booking
Existing clients must enter the same name and phone number used at their previous LASHTOUCH visit. Please select your exact retouch set, or the closest option. We will review and adjust your booking if needed. Online availability may appear limited so you don’t see a suitable time online, please contact us by phone, text, or email for additional availability.
IMPORTANT – Email Booking
For email bookings, please submit an Appointment Request Form. Our team will respond within 30 minutes during business hours. Your appointment is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation from us and reply to acknowledge it.
Our Policy
A credit or debit card is required to secure your appointment.
By booking, you agree to our cancellation and no-show policy below.
No charges will be made unless you cancel late or do not show.
Appointment
Appointments may be scheduled by phone, text, email, or through our online booking system. New clients must provide a valid card on file, so appointments can only be booked online or by phone.
Late Policy
We will always do our best to accommodate you, but we must stay on schedule for our next client.
Refills
We accept clients with extensions from other salons. However, refill pricing is only available for sets originally done at LASHTOUCH. If your current lashes were done elsewhere, you will be charged New Set pricing based on the amount of lashes needed. You may choose to keep existing lashes and add on, or have them removed and start fresh.
