Our Policy
A credit or debit card is required to secure your appointment.
By booking, you agree to our cancellation and no-show policy below.
No charges will be made unless you cancel late or do not show.
Appointment
Appointments may be scheduled by phone, text, email, or through our online booking system. New clients must provide a valid card on file, so appointments can only be booked online or by phone.
Late Policy
If you arrive 15 minutes late or more, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.
We will always do our best to accommodate you, but we must stay on schedule for our next client.

Cancellation Policy
Please give us at least 6 business hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations or no-shows without proper notice will be charged $50 to the card on file.
